USDA and FDA inspections are also done onsite, those applications are Federal and are required in addition to Agriculture. (Meat productions, cheese productions, seafood handling and dealers)

All opening inspections are held at the commissary solely on Thursday mornings. This includes any vendor, food truck, hot dog cart, or caterer between the hours of 8:00 am and 11:00 am.

Once your opening inspection is complete, you will be eligible for a set of keys and combinations at the commissary. You will need to have on file your liability insurance naming BSC LLC. additionally insured before you can prepare or store food.
