The Chef Studio is outfitted with everything you need to do a professional recorded or live stream cooking demonstration or class. It has an electric stove and prep table, two Go Pro cameras (one focused on individuals at the prep table and one for close-ups of the stovetop), four LED lights, a digital mixer to switch between shots or do screen-in-screen, an HDTV to view the shots as they appear on camera, and a table for your laptop/iPad. All you have to do is show up and plug in, and you are ready to go. You can do it alone or with a person acting as a producer.
Beaver Street Commissary members receive two free hours each month as part of their commissary membership. Additional hours can be booked at a reduced rate.
The rate for food professionals who aren't commissary members is $80 per hour. For every 4 hours purchased as a package, you'll receive an additional hour complimentary.
You will be required to have a credit card authorization on file with the commissary in case of any damages to the studio equipment or kitchen.
